Healthy Food Techniques for Good Health


Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals.

                                             Green Vegetables are Good for Health

For Eyes green vegetables like spinach, zucchini, broccoli and brussels are good. These vegetables give Vitamin A which is good for eyes.  But avoid overcooking them, it will destroy their nutrients.



For Skin Probiotic yoghurt is good as it contains good bacteria that help your skin look healthy. Fish oil is also good for skin as it reduce skin inflammation and keep it moisturized.
